LOANING OF KEYS

If any financial club member want to have track practice, keys to the premises can be obtained from any of the above committee members..

However we do have some strict rules for the loaning of keys to club members.

ALL Cars that are IC are now not permitted to run at Bayswater , all cars are to be electric with no exceptions until further notice.

1: You must be a financial member .

2: The track is to be used ONLY by the club member...No one else is allowed to use the premises..(including friends e.t.c.)

2: An agreed time must be set with the committee member for the return of the keys.

3: The committee member will maintain a written record of who has the keys, signed by the person loaning the keys.
